I have 20 years of experience in several international companies, both in the Czech Republic and abroad. I have led teams of various sizes, especially in the commercial area – strategy, product and service development, marketing, sales, etc. I have worked both in local offices and in the headquarters of large companies.
I enjoy new things. On several occasions I have introduced completely new products, systems and processes into existing organisations. Most of the time I have been responsible from A to Z, i.e. from strategy, team and business plan creation to full implementation and operations. I have the experience and ability to drive transformational change within an organisation, whether based on legislative requirements or internal business needs. I have also been involved in or led Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) processes from due diligence, due diligence process, share purchase agreement preparation to final closing.

In addition to many years of financial expertise, I have spent the last 5 years developing my skills as a CEO in Bulgaria. During my internship I gained practical experience in implementing ESG reporting, data collection as well as preparing strategic plans and their implementation.
